What you will need:

  • eggs
  • all-purpose flour
  • corn flour e
  • Kashmiri chilli powder
  • pepper powder
  • chopped garlic
  • green chillies
  • onion
  • Bell peppers
  • Tomato ketchup
  • chilli sauce
  • soy sauce
  • sugar
  • Coriander leaves
  • Sunflower oil
  • Sesame seeds (optional)
  • salt as required.
  • Water.

How to make Egg Chilli

Preparation

  • Step 1.
    • To make this easy recipe, begin by boiling the eggs. Then, slice the egg whites into 2 pieces and heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Step 2.
    • Take the all-purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, Kashmiri chilli powder, and salt. Add some water and mix into a thick batter.
  • Step 3.
    • Heat 1 cup of sunflower oil in a deep frying pan. Dip the egg pieces in the batter and add them to the hot oil. Deep fry the egg pieces. Set them aside to be used later.
  • Step 4.
    • Meanwhile, on medium heat, 3 tbsp oil in another pan. Sauté the chopped ginger and garlic and split green chillies.
    • Now add the squared onion and bell pepper. Add some salt and sauté well. In it, add the tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, and soya sauce. Mix well.
  • Step 5.
    • Make corn slurry by adding 1 tbsp sugar, 1/3 corn flour, and 1/4 cup water and mix well.
  • Step 6.
    • Add corn slurry to thicken the gravy by gently stirring it into the egg chilli sauce. Now add the fried egg and give it a good stir.
  • Step 7.
    • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and white sesame seeds.
